Ingredients
50g of kale
50g of broccoli
50g of asparagus
230ml of almond milk
50g of peanut butter
50g of Jamco banana spread
2 tablespoons of Honey (optional)
Whizz kale, broccoli, asparagus, almond milk, peanut butter, and Jamco banana spread together in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
