-1 jar of Jamco banana & strawberry spread

Place a bowl of your yogurt, and add 2 tablespoons of Jamco banana & strawberry spread.

Home Made Rice Pudding

The rice pudding is a dessert very popular in Martinique. Its sweet smell and the spices bring back good childhood memories. Its delicate aroma fills the house and you just cannot wait to eat with your loved ones.

Preparation time: 45 minutes

• 100ground rice

• 450 ml water

• Zest of 1 lime

• 1 cinnamon stick

• 1 pinch of nutmeg

• 80g sweetened condensed milk (about 3 Tbsp. S.)

• 250g unsweetened condensed milk

• 2 pinches of nutmeg

• 1/2 vanilla bean

• 1 jar of Jamco banana & strawberry spread

In 200 ml of water, put to infuse the lemon zest and cinnamon stick until the water boils.

Spread the rice under cold water in order to get rid of some of its starch. Stir the rice into the boiling water and let cook for 3 minutes.

At the end of 3 minutes, pour the rice into a colander and place it under cold water.

Stir in evaporated milk in the pan and give it the lemon peel and cinnamon stick. Add the rice. Turn the heat (set 5-6 / 9) and stir regularly.

After 5 minutes of cooking, add the sweetened condensed milk, the 250 ml water, and vanilla.

Stir regularly throughout cooking. And it takes about 35 minutes. At the end of cooking, put the rice pudding in bowls and leave to cool.

Enjoy at room temperature or cool and finally add some yummy Jamco banana & strawberry spread on top.

Delicious Waffles

Serving: 5-7 pancakes

Ingrédients:
200g plain flour
5g baking powder
20g brown sugar
2 eggs
3g salt
380g milk
30ml vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Filling

1 Jamco banana & strawberry spread
1 kiwi, washed & sliced
1. Whisk the flour, baking powder, brown sugar, and salt in a large bowl.

2. Preheat the waffle maker

3. In the center of the bowl containing your 4 ingredients in step 1, make a well.

4. In a small bowl, mix the eggs and milk

5. Add the mixture of egg and milk from Step 4 to the well you made earlier in Step 3

6. Mix all together making sure there are no lumps in the mixture

7. Spray the waffle maker with vegetable oil

8. Pour some of the batter into the waffle maker; let it cook until the desired color is reached.

9. Repeat step 8 for as many times as you want.

10. After you have made enough waffles

The waffles are best eaten warm.

Hot Buttered Toast

Ingredients for 1 person
-2 slices of bread

-Butter (room temperature preferably)

– 1 jar of Jamco spread

Preparation
Place your 2 slices of bread in your toaster and set the control on how dark you want the toast to be.

Now your toasts are nice and hot place them on a plate. Spread some of your favorite butter (salted or non-salted) on the toast.

Finally, add some Jamco spread

Home Made Pancakes

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients for 18 pancakes
• 250 g of flour

• 1 tablespoon of sugar

• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• 2 tablespoons of wheat germ

• 3 eggs

• 30 g butter

• 0.5 l of fermented milk or yoghurt

• 1/ 2 teaspoon salt

• 30 g butter

• 1 jar of Jamco banana & strawberry spread

Preparation of the Recipe
First of all, check that you have a 10 cm diameter frying pan.

Prepare your dough pancakes by mixing nonliquid ingredients in a bowl.

Make a well in the middle of the bowl.

Pour in the beaten eggs, melted butter, and milk and mix quickly with a spatula.

Then let the dough rest at room temperature for 45 minutes.

Heat your pan lightly buttered.

Pour or scoop the batter onto the frying pan.

Cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes, flip with a spatula, and leave to brown for 2 minutes.

Keep them warm in a warm oven while you cook the others.

Serve with Jamco banana & strawberry and accompanied by whipped cream.

Heart Shaped Waffles with Jamco Spread

Serving: 5-7 pancakes

Ingrédients:

Porridge with Banilla Spread

Serves: 2

Prep: 15mns

Ingrédients:

Ø 90g rolled oats
Ø 350 ml milk, soya milk or water
Ø Fruits (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries), washed
Ø 1 Jamco banilla spread

In a medium pan over medium heat, place the oats and the soya milk.

Simmer for 4 -5 mins. Stir as often as possible to have a creamy texture. Add more milk if you like a runnier porridge.

Place a bowl of your porridge, add 2 tablespoons of Jamco banilla spread, and top up with the fruits.

Bacon with Jamco Fig Dressing

A simple recipe and easy-to-follow

Ingrédients

4 Rashers of rindless smoked back bacon
Ingrédients for Jamco fig dressing

1 tablespoon of Jamco fig spread
2 spoons of olive oil
1 clove garlic, pressed
½ lemon juice
Salt
Black pepper
Making Jamco fig dressing

In a ramekin put 1 spoon of olive oil, 1 well-pressed clove of garlic, ½ lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and 1 spoon of Jamco fig spread. Mix well with a spoon all the ingredients.

Cooking the bacon

Using a pastry brush; brush a large frying pan with Jamco fig dressing.

Heat the pan on high heat and add the bacon. Cook the bacon until well browned. Make sure to turn each side.

Allow bacon to cool off and drip grease for a minute before serving.

Dressing your plate

On a plate, lay your bacon and drizzle some Jamco fig dressing.

Jamco Fig Spread on Biscotte with Duck Terrine

A lovely recipe that can make a great breakfast and can be degusted for tea time as well. Try it!

On a clean plate, place some biscottes. Spread some duck terrine on each of your biscotte then spread some Jamco fig spread.

Jamco Fig Spread with Oat Cereals and Bananas

Healthy and solid breakfast for those of us who have to front a hectic day

1 tablespoon of Jamco fig spread
80 g Oat cereals of your choice
1 banana
150ml Milk

Préparation

In a bowl put your oat cereals. Pour some warm milk; slice the banana in the bowl with the oat cereals and warm milk. Add the tablespoon of Jamco fig spread. With your spoon, mix the contents of your bowl.
